Shipping Policies

Once shipped, delivery is out of my hands and is reliant on the shipping service and your local post to deliver your order to you. Please follow up with your local post for duty fees, pick ups and lost packages.

Please contact me if you have any issues with your shipment. If packages are lost I am willing to resend items if stock is available but you will need to pay for shipping again. All packages are tracked with insurance (if applicable).

The option for cheaper INTL shipping has been added (Asendia, PostNL, APC) though I'm not familiar with the reliability of them so please choose this at your own risk as I will not be able to provide compensation if things go south.

If items are damaged, you may ask for a replacement or refund.
